What we do not do
We do not sell your details, and we do not pass them to anyone marketing something unrelated. The only parties who see your information are the ones needed to complete what you asked for: a courier needs a delivery address, and our technician needs to know where a treadmill is.
We also do not take card details on this website. There is no card form at checkout, so nobody should ever be entering card numbers here.
How long we keep it
Order records stay with us while they are useful to you and to us. Warranty claims, spare parts and service history all depend on knowing what you bought and when, and tax records have their own legal retention period. Beyond that, if you ask us to remove something we are not obliged to keep, we will.
Your choices
See what we hold. Ask, and we will tell you what is on file against your name or number.
Correct it. Wrong phone number, old address, misspelled name. Tell us and we will fix it.
Have it removed. We will delete what we are not required to keep, and say plainly what we cannot remove and why.
Stop the newsletter. Every newsletter carries an unsubscribe link, and you can also just reply and ask.
Stop WhatsApp messages. Tell us once and we will not message you again about anything other than an order already in progress.
Cookies
The site uses cookies to keep your cart working between pages and to measure traffic. You can block or clear them in your browser settings. The cart will stop remembering items if you do, which is the only thing that breaks.
Your rights under Kenyan law
Kenya’s Data Protection Act, 2019 gives you rights over personal data held about you, including access, correction, deletion and the right to object to certain processing. The Office of the Data Protection Commissioner oversees it and handles complaints. If you think we have handled your information badly, we would rather you told us first, and you are entitled to go to the regulator either way.
