Our refund and returns policy lasts 7 days from date of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error but by customer’s negligence shall not be eligible for return.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed and amount will be send automatically to Mpesa Account.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged in the course of our shipping process. If you need any item to be exchange send us an email or call us.
To return your product, you shall ensure that the product is physically returned to us.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
